Quebec City
The 9th International Workshop on Large-Scale Integration of Wind Power into Power Systems as well as on Transmission Networks for Offshore Wind Power Plants, organized by Energynautics, will take place on October 18-19, 2010 in Quebec City.
The number of participants again reflects the large interest in this topic. Similar to last year's Bremen/Germany workshop, the organizers expect to welcome 300 participants from over 30 countries. The workshop programme typically comprises 75 presentations and 40 posters mainly selected from the call for papers.
Over the years, the event has become an established forum of discussions between industry representatives, project developers and academic/research institutions and has promoted the exchange between the different players in this area - which again is reflected in the programme.
